PHASE 1: PRELISTING
Detailed property valuation estimate and discussion regarding the property selling process. Question and answers with your DIY REALTOR®.

PHASE 2: MARKETING
Property visit to discuss staging and complete required documents. Take photos, install signage & lockbox, prepare MLS listing, and marketing material.

PHASE 3: NEGOTIATION
Evaluate offer terms & conditions. Counteroffers and addenda with ratified contract delivery to Title Company. Inspection and appraisal review.

PHASE 4: CLOSING
Complete required repairs, agreed upon concessions, and prepare for move. Final walk-thru and closing at Title Company.

DIY for Buyers Experience

PHASE 1: PLANNING
Research & evaluate areas you want to live. Assess and define your needs in your new home. Get pre-approved for loan & complete required documents.

PHASE 2: FIND A HOME
Access your personalized direct MLS portal to search for homes and be notified of new listings as they come on the market. Evaluate home description, details, and photos.

PHASE 3: PREVIEW & SHOWING
Drive by home and check-out the neighborhood. If you believe this may be your new home then we will schedule a showing so you can see it inside and out.

PHASE 4: CONTRACT
Prepare contract offer. Negotiations and counteroffers, with ratified contract delivered to Title Company for closing. Inspection & appraisal review and negotiations.

PHASE 5: CLOSING
Completion of required repairs and agreed upon concessions. Final walk-thru and closing at Title Company. Buyer’s commission rebate
at closing.
